Concerned about burn-out and staff retention for your teachers and education professionals? While the modern era of education allows for more opportunities to support students beyond traditional academics, the resources to do so have presented teachers with higher demands and stress levels than ever before. Curated Family Therapeutics (CFT) specializes in reducing burnout for teachers and administrators while enhancing mental health and skill development for a more supportive school environment.
CFT’s Curated Classroom Supports service utilizes evidence-based support from experienced Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) within classrooms (in-person and telehealth). Part professional development training and part therapy, CFT’s service provides weekly 1-1 support for each teacher, ensuring accountability and growth. After assessing various aspects of each school, CFT works with administrators to develop individualized plans to address the needs of the school and teachers, alike.
